Yes and No.
Before submitting, teachers can modify or delete their draft requests.
After submitted, they may withdraw the submitted ones back to draft status for either modifying, submitting or deleting before admin’s approval. But after admin put fingers on the bookings, teachers lose their power for changing.
Admin may dis-authorize the submitted bookings. Only authorized bookings will be delivered to transportation managers.
Transportation managers may cancel authorized bookings from schools.
For whatever submit, authorize/dis-authorize or approve/decline/cancel activities, notices will be sent to teachers, admins or managers.
